DAY’S AGENDA

 1. Clarification of today’s goals:

• Recording individual sound motifs for the sonic storytelling piece
• Working in groups on the final version of the 2060 storytelling pieces to be recorded

2. Next session time adjustment, we start half an hour before: 15:30 – 17:30

3. Division of the group into three thematic groups: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening*. Each group is responsible for shaping the final version of the story based on the existing material, with a maximum length of 150 words.

4. Group work phase (45minutes):
While each group works on adjusting and finalizing the story, I will call one person at a time to record individual takes of their sound motifs in parallel.

WORK IN GROUPS

1. Form three groups and designate one person in each group as the note taker* responsible for documenting the discussion.

1. 08:00–14:00 (including lunch)
2. 14:00–20:00 (preparation for dinner and celebration)
3. 20:00–02:00 (dinner and celebration)

2. Adjust the existing narrative so it unfolds clearly within the assigned time frame, following this structure:

1. Read the existing 2060 story aloud a couple of times.
2. Do a few rounds in which each person proposes new ideas or adaptations for the assigned time frame. The note taker writes down all suggestions, including their own.
3. Discuss the collected ideas together and identify which elements resonate most strongly with the group.
4. Use the highlighted elements to write a first draft of the adjusted story.
5. Edit and refine the draft to comply with the 150-word limit, ensuring clarity and flow.

*If you choose to work with verses, keep them between seven and nine syllables to match the intended pace of the soundtrack.
